Consultation calls are subject to availability and may lead to the offer of separate paid coaching services, which would be governed by their own terms at the time of purchase.

Payments for digital programs are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card details; these are handled directly by the payment processor in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

6. Refunds and Guarantee

Where a program is advertised with a money-back guarantee (such as the 30-day guarantee described on a program's sales page), that guarantee applies as stated on the relevant page at the time of your purchase. To request a refund under a guarantee, contact us using the details provided on the relevant program page. Refund requests outside the terms of an advertised guarantee are considered at our discretion.
